Darus Salam Masjid New Building
Building a Future for Our Community
At Darus Salam Masjid, we are committed to creating a space that not only serves as a place of worship but also as a center for education, support, and community development. Over the years, we have expanded our facilities, acquired multiple properties, and planned projects that will benefit generations to come.
With a total budget of $3 million, we aim to bring our vision to life. As of 2026, we have raised $348,000. Your support is vital in helping us achieve these milestones.

Beyond One Building, Toward a Stronger Muslim Community
Darus Salam Masjid’s vision extends far beyond a single construction project. Alongside the new masjid building, we are planning a set of future community-focused developments that will serve worshippers, families, students, and youth in meaningful ways. Each initiative is designed to strengthen faith, support healthy living, encourage learning, and build a more connected Muslim future in Lawrenceville.
Soccer Field
The planned soccer field is envisioned as a healthy and engaging recreational space for children, youth, and families within the Darus Salam community. It will provide a safe environment where young people can build discipline, teamwork, confidence, and strong friendships in a setting that reflects Islamic values and community belonging.
Islamic School
The Islamic School project represents a long-term vision to offer children a learning environment rooted in both academic excellence and Islamic identity. The goal is to create a space where students can develop intellectually, spiritually, and morally while growing with confidence in their faith and purpose.
Islamic Library
The Islamic Library is intended to become a quiet and enriching space dedicated to knowledge, reflection, and lifelong learning. It would offer access to Qur’an resources, tafsir, hadith collections, Islamic history, children’s books, educational materials, and beneficial literature for all age groups within the community.
Indoor Gym
The indoor gym is planned as a year-round facility that supports physical wellness, organized activities, and community connection in a safe and structured environment. It can provide a dedicated space for sports, youth programs, fitness activities, and events that encourage healthy habits and strengthen family participation within the masjid community.
One Vision, Many Doors of Benefit
Each of these future projects is part of a wider dream: to build Darus Salam Masjid into a comprehensive center for worship, education, recreation, service, and community life. As the new masjid building moves forward, these additional initiatives reflect the long-term vision of creating a place where every member of the community can grow, belong, and benefit for years to come.
